I say that with everything and mean it.  At the beginning of my journey I had absolute zero trust and faith in myself after years and years of a terrible nutrition and a sedentary lifestyle.  I never thought I could get to where I want to be and let alone become a personal trainer. I even used to go to the gym and portray myself as an active person via online and social media to my family friends. In reality I was shamelessly eating a loaf of French bread with cola after my workouts! What I didn't know was that my intentions were stemming from the wrong place -- resulting in my insignificant results. When I finally changed my mindsets my reality began shifting in my favor before my very eyes.

Once momentum began building things started to change exponentially.  I really started to notice the shifts and changes comprehensively throughout my mind and body. Not only was my physical body changing but my emotional well-being was indirectly being changed for the better. For the first time in my life I truly began to love myself. For the first time in my life, I was truly committed to change within my mind and body.  No longer were my goals deriving from a place of "I need to do this" or "I know I should get to this," but I began to love what I was doing. How long until I receive results?
